Security

We offer secure online ordering to ensure your financial safety and make online purchasing convenient and worry-free. However, we realize that some customers do not feel comfortable ordering online. For this reason, we provide our phone number 01322 554 870 to place an order with an World of Pools customer service representative.

Payment options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and switch. Cheques are accepted on orders received via mail.

Delivery

For delivery a low rate £4.85 charge will be applied to all orders. If an order is to be shipped outside of UK Mainland there will be additional charges.

We will attempt to deliver a next day service to you, but please allow three to five working days for your orders to arrive. We understand that you may need your supplies as a matter of urgency and as such we will attempt at all times to provide a next day delivery service.

We use a national Carrier to deliver our goods to you, unless otherwise notified they will require a signature upon delivery. If you are happy for your order be left safe or with a neighbour please advise us at time of order and we will pass on these instructions to the delivery company. If an order is unable to be delivered and no instructions have been left we reserve the right to charge an additional carriage fee to meet the additional cost we would have incurred.

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of Spa's. This will allow pre installation details to be followed through before delivery. We will always attempt to deliver before 21 days where possible.

 

World of Pools Returns Policy

Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing. Please contact us beforehand if you wish any help with this process.

Your right to cancel an order / contract - The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the 14th working day following the day after the day on which you received your products. Within this period you do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you with to cancel an order within this period please e-mail realoffice@btconnect.com and quote your order reference number.

Cancelling or returning a contract or item after this period is at the discretion of Giraffe Enterprises Ltd.

Giraffe Enterprises are not liable for the cost of return on any items or products, although at our discretion we may offer a credit.

Please note that faults with inflatable items must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the day of delivery.

 

Ordering

All prices quoted are in sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 20% unless otherwise stated. Due to possible fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

Spas Returns

Goods returned for credit which have been authorised and returned in its original condition are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Spa's sent back in a damaged condition will be charged a slightly higher charge. All returns must be PREPAID FREIGHT. Please contact us prior to returning any goods for help and advise.

Spas Warranty

The warranty is extended to the original purchaser. Canadian Spa Company Ltd warrants the products it manufactures, including all parts and components thereof, to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years. The warranty does not apply if the failure is caused or contributed by any of the following: improper handling, improper storage, abuse, improper installation, unsuitable application, lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance, or repairs made or attempted by other than authorised service centres or technicians. Canadian Spa Company Ltd will repair or replace, at its option, a unit proven to be defective within the warranty period and under the condition of the warranty. Canadian Spa Company Ltd is not responsible for the cost of removal of the unit, damages due to removal or installation, any shipping charges to or from the factory or the installation of a repaired or replacement unit.

Please note that failure to supply the recommended power will void the manufacturer's warranty.

Q. What information do we collect and how do we use it?

A. When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact telephone number, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This will allow us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the Web site, new products and special offers we think you'll find interesting. Please notify us if do not wish to receive any information.
Q. How does world of pools.co.uk protect your information?

A. When you place orders, our secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act 1984, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

World of Pools does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any other 3rd party. We may use the information to inform our customer base of special offers, sales, special events and price alterations unless you advise us otherwise.
