Intex Filters starstarstar Intex filters are used on Intex pumps. the standard size is an Intex 'A' filter. there is one other type on the market with is the Intex 'B' filter. This filter is only for the largest of Intex pools. Some older style 18ft Intex pools have size 'B' but newer 18ft pools have size 'A' so it really does depend on the age of pool. Smaller 8, 10, 12 and 15ft Intex Pools have size 'A'. It is a good idea to replave these filters on a regular basis, on average a pool would need a pack of 6 over the summer period, but this does depend on use and how well the water has been maintained.
